Sanibel and Captiva Fishing

Fishing in and around Sanibel and Captiva Islands with good long-time clients and friends. The water has cooled and is really starting to clear. Loads of Spanish Mackrel, Bluefish, and other fun fish are near the passes. In the bay, the redfish are starting to grow, many are in the 18'-20' range. Sea Trout is now a welcome and common catch. Snook are still biting if you get them in the right spots. We have started to fish nearshore for sheepshead, and Mangrove snappers.
Remember the Reds, Trout, and Snook are closed to keep until a review in May 2020. Just fishing for fun is plan for now. Call today, still openings in February

and March.
